Three-Day Weekend Package
Peak Season: $6,500 | Off Season: $5,000
The three-day weekend package includes:
Friday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with an overnight stay for the couple ONLY
Sunday for cleanup and checkout by 10:00 AM.
The weekend is to be spent however you prefer! Here is an example itinerary:
Friday can be used for tent setup, decorating, a bridal luncheon in The Sun Room, and rehearsal dinner.
Saturday can include getting ready, brunch, pictures, wedding, reception, and an overnight stay for the couple.
Sunday is reserved for cleanup and checkout.
Saturday Only Wedding Package
Peak Season: $3,750 | Off Season: $2,750
8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
*There is an option to add an overnight stay for the couple ONLY in the Honeymoon Suite for an additional $200, with checkout at 10:00 AM. This option is pending availability 30 days prior, provided no event is booked on Sunday.
Sunday Only Wedding Package
Peak Season: $3,300 | Off Season: $2,500
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
*There is an option to add a Sunday overnight stay for the couple ONLY in the Honeymoon Suite for an additional $200, with checkout at 10:00 AM.
Sunday Micro-Wedding Package (50 Guests or Less)
Peak Season: $2,100 | Off Season: $1,800
2:00 PM to 9:00 PM for 50 guests or less
* There is an option to add an overnight stay for the couple ONLY in the Honeymoon Suite for an additional $200, with checkout at 10:00 AM.
Peak Season: March–June, September–December
Off Season: January, February, July, August
Maximum of 200 guests due to parking.

The Sun Room | $495
The Sun Room is available for a four-hour rental for showers, parties, etc.
This rental cannot be booked on Saturdays.

The Haven House | $495
The Haven House is available for a four-hour rental for bridal showers, baby showers, prom "get ready" day for up to 6, birthday parties, etc.
This rental cannot be booked on Saturdays.

Weekday Elopement | $300
The 2.5-hour weekday elopement package is available for 25 people or less (one hour for setup, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and one hour for photos, hors d'oeuvres, and mingling)
Ceremony locations include The Sun Room, Ceremony Garden, or Front Porch of The Haven House.
There is an option to add use of the Bridal Suite to get ready for an hourly rate of $150.

up to 4 6ft. rectangle tables
Weekend Elopement | $500
The three-hour weekend elopement package is available for 25 people or less on Saturday or Sunday during any three-hour time slot. (one hour for setup, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and 1.5 hours for photos, hors d'oeuvres, and mingling)
Ceremony locations include The Sun Room, Ceremony Garden, or Front Porch of The Haven House.
This package is ONLY AVAILABLE if the date is still available 60 days prior to the event.
There is an option to add use of the Bridal Suite to get ready for an hourly rate of $150.
